Performance & Ceremony / Visual Arts & Nature

About

Delphine Bertrand is a visual artist and performer whose practice unfolds between ritual, movement, installation, and forms of collective presence.

Her work explores states of attention, intuition, transformation, and the fragile thresholds between inner experience and shared space.

Working with performance, natural materials, gesture, ceremony, weaving, and sculptural environments, she creates situations that invite slowness, receptivity, and embodied awareness.

Rather than producing fixed narratives, her work often opens spaces for encounter: places where perception can shift, where silence becomes active, and where participants are invited to reconnect with sensation, memory, and intuition.

Her practice is nourished by visual arts, ritual forms, movement-based practices, and an exploration of the relationships between inner ecology, psychology, and the natural world, considering art not only as an object, but as a lived experience.

She lives and works between Basel and Étables-sur-Mer.
